Awaiting convocation day + the presence of my sis' korean friend who stayed with us for over a week led to the short day trip to the 'no-longer-hometown' of Seri Menanti. 'no longer' as my dad's close family have all moved to the cities. A police station now occupies their old land. Was that too much info?

I've been to the Istana Seri Menanti before. But ever since the ruler changed, i haven't had the chance to see the changes made. Gotta say, i think it's more informative now. (not to say that i care much about these things haha)

wandered aimlessly outside while waiting for them to finish having a look inside. Construction without a single nail...bla bla bla...haha...my dad keeps bringing us here so nothing new.

Lots of ants here! I get bored easily so played around for awhile. hmm..

I miss the times when i could actually play this game well. Now i'd just fall face first if i attempted to jump too far~!

The place is huge. But since i get easily creeped out by the possibility of a 'live-in' ghost, i never go all the way upstairs. Trust me...once you've been inside up there, you'd feel the same way too.

Dad : You wanna know what this is for? kids pee in it~!
Me : Really?!?!
haha...till now i dunno if he was really just pulling my leg or if he really was serious. what do u think? i'm gullible.

Meet my korean sis. Yep. She did look like one of the family. maybe i should just replace my original sister? hahaha....i'm evil.

In search of a long lost family friend...

Dad got the directions to the old friend's house...and while he asked around, i did what i do best. >>>>>>

... Camwhore!!!

Meet ...uh-oh...forgot her name. But she's really old, lives alone and maintains her property all by herself. Wow...i can't even seem to take care of myself...but this lady amazes me!
Anyway...my 'jakun' sister and her friend had their first experience in plucking those rambutans from the tree itself. Bravo sis! hahaha.

She was happy that we came to visit....and was excitedly telling us about what her children are doing now...the family history...and just about how interesting her life was. It was really hot that day...so i could not pay my full attention. But it's ok...if i really need to know, i'll just go ask my walking encyclopaedia of a sister!

By lunch hour, we had satay samuri and went to Port Dickson just to let our korean friend have a taste of the Malaysian beach. Not the best, but owell...at least it's something rite? hehehe...but being the vainpot, instead of uploading her pic....i decided to put MINE up! nyahahhaha....

and that concludes the trip. don't ask me why i put this pic here. i just don't see people ever using these anyway.
